    植物神经紊乱临床症状

    植物神经紊乱临床症状-以我为例：
     
    1、眼袋极深，下眼皮肿胀，眼睛通红，视力模糊；
    2、思维迟钝，记忆力衰退，思考推进缓慢，阅读迟缓；
    3、情绪低落，易怒易烦躁，不想做任何事情；
    4、睡眠肤浅，太阳穴有压迫感，昏昏沉沉；
    5、心脏时而疼痛，左腰部附近阵痛，左脚麻木；
     
    身心健康调理中。。。。。。

    吃谷维素和维生素B1，还要注意多多户外运动，以及调整自己心态。
    也许和年龄也有一定关系。。。。。。
